I’m Aggie, founder of AIR Wellness Health Coaching. I support people of all ages who experience low energy, poor concentration, weight gain, and/or hormonal symptoms (associated with the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause, or gynaecological conditions) to take an active role in their health, fertility, and risk of chronic disease.
